You are in sittin g position on the heels with face to the pulley. In arms you hold rope adaptor in level of the forehead (the forehead you can lightly leant about arms). Position with leant head is better to educate to not connect arms to movement.

You are breathing out and you try to put utmost near the chest to the femurs by traction of abdomen muscles. The elbows tend approximately to the haunches. Movement comes from the backbone not from the haunches it means that it is not forward bend. In upper position you must not have deflected shoulders.

This exercise make possible to regulate weighting and it is advantage if you want show off relief of the abdomen muscles. Overall is this very good exercise and with correct fulfilment is without risks of injury and is also suitable for all athletes.
