In my opinion this is the most exacting exercise on abdomen muscles. This exercise is for advanced athletes with very excellent working abdomen muscles.

You hang from a chin-up bar (if it is possible with fixed back) or in push-up by resting the elbows on the pads and raise the knees to the shoulders.

In upper position is raised bottom too and the spine is rolling up. It is unmeaning to practise this exercise only in low position. If you canīt raise with legs also whole bottom you donīt practise this exercise and practise the abdomen muscles with other exercises.
