You are in lying position on the back on straight bench and you hold with arms over the head to the desk of bench or the construction of bench.

Outspread legs are rising to vertical position upright to bench. In optimal case are fore foots mildly downswept to the shanks you are going with heels ahead.

You try with activation of abdomen muscles and with breath out to make standing on the blade-bones. You direct movement upright on bench or mildly away from yourselves but in no case in direction to the head then it can create injury of cervical spine.

This exercise is exacting and is not suitable for beginners and with problems of cervical spine.
