You are in sitting position leant about cross bench with the back to upper pulley. You hold ends of rope adaptor by the shoulders or the head.

You are breathing out and you try to put utmost near the chest to the femurs by traction of abdomen muscles. Movement comes from the backbone not from the haunches it means that the shoulder must be in touch with rest of cross bench all the time.

Be careful on the arms all the time they are near the shoulders.

This exercise make possible to regulate weighting and it is advantage if you want show off relief of the abdomen muscles. Overall is this very good exercise and with correct fulfilment is without risks of injury and is also suitable for all athletes.
