You are in lying position on the back on bench and with holding by arms behind the head or construction of bench. You have outspread legs in upright position to the bench. In optimum case tip-toes are mildly downswept to the leg parts you go with heels in front.

You are breathing out and by activation of abdomen muscles you rise legs up and rise so bottom from the bench. Movement is in range approximately of 2-3 centimetres it means the shoulders stay on the bench.

Movement tends upright on the bench or if you want make this exercise more difficult so it tends mildly from you. If you tend with legs over the head and you add whip of legs you make exercise totally incorrect.
