Exacting exercise for his difficulty suitable mostly for advanced athletes.

You are in lying position on the floor, arms hold over the head on wall-bars or some enough stability construction. If there is nothing suitable you can practise this exercise with rest of the arms on floor but it is not so comfortable.

Legs are outspread in the knees upright upward. From this position you give the legs to the side to floor and from there you put them fluently over to floor on second side.

You are breathing in with movement to the side and you are breathing out with movement to upright position.


There is also partial possibility regulation of charge if you flex the legs then is charge less and contrariwise.
