You are in lying position sideward on the floor (in correct position shoulders are over themselves. The torso do not overfall forward even to the back.

The arm which lies on the floor is flexed in the elbow and with palm lies on practising muscles. Because of this you also practise how to feel the muscles. With upper arm you hold to the head because of hazing neck muscles and backbone. But you must not pull the head.

From this position you make crunch to side. Range of movement is not big.

This exercise is suitable also for beginners.
