This is one of very exacting exercises which is absolutely not suitable for beginners.

You are in lying position with side over suitable bench with fixed legs. You are breathing in and you pull the torso in side level below level of bench. You are breathing out and you incline in upper position.

Axis which is going through both shoulders should be upright to floor. Range of movement is not big. At first it is necessary to practise this exercise with safety.
