You are on soft rest on the knees with face to the pulley. In the arms you hold rope adaptor approximately in high of the shoulders.

You are breathing out and you make forward bend (movement comes also from the haunches). All the time you must control the back not even in upper position have deflected back. In lower position you can add attempt at biggest contraction of abdomen muscles – it means you have rounded back and the elbows started sound to the femurs.

Attention! Arms and shoulders are there only passive point between you and the pulley (you donīt make any active movement).

This exercise make possible to regulate weighting and it is advantage if you want show off relief of the abdomen muscles. This exercise is not suitable for beginners.
