For the first view it looks like acrobatic exercise but it is relatively well wieldy. This exercise is suitable for advanced athletes.

You are in sitting position across enough fixed bench and arms are hang on front edge of the bench. In lower position are the torso and outspread legs almost horizontally with floor. In upper position the torso with the femurs compress angle approximately 90 and lower degrees. The legs are flexing in the knees during movement to the torso.
