You are in sitting position under pulley. You keep pulley with wide grasp of overgrasp. Body is straight and head too. Chin is mildly stricture towards breastbone. Femurs are fixed under leg-rest.

With breath out you pull holder behind head to upper part of trapezius. Elbows are approximately under pole of pulley at all the time of movement.

Big mistake is slouch and have head ahead because of too big weight.

With breath in you regress to the start position above head.

With this exercise it can happen too traumatism of shoulder joints.
