This is little used exercise. With this exercise you can solve uneven growth of back muscles by sides.

You are in sitting position under pulley. You are side-ways to the rest and by free arm you hold onto the rest. By second arm you pull pulley by single-handed adaptor. For holding you can use strap which is used for exercising of legs on under pulley. Strap is draped over wrist.

Movement is conducted by elbow to body in side level of body.

With movement up you are breathing in and with movement down you are breathing out.

Note: Probably it is possible simulate like this other pull downs. But in our concrete case we are limited by construction of pulley. Our chain of pulley has movement only in one direction.
