You are in standing position. You hold straight or bent adaptor on low pulley with undergrasp. Starting position is with outspread arms and with the adaptor by the femurs (palms tend forward from the body). Grasp is approximately in width of shoulders.

You are breathing out and you flex the arms in the elbows (then the adaptor is in high of shoulders). You are breathing in and you slow and by control regress to the starting position. Advantage of this exercise is constant line of the pulley and also smaller risk of injury.
