You are in standing position. In starting position are arms along the body and palms tend forward.

You are breathing out and flexing arms. Movement come only from the elbows and is dorso-anterior and it means that you pull the movement closely along the femurs.

You are breathing in and pulling dumbbells to the outspread arms. In lower position you do not make range of the movement shorter. You can practise the exercise pulling up with both arms or in turns (when the dumbbells pass in front of the torso).
