Except practise on the Scott bench with barbell there are also exercises with using of two dumbbells.

There is possibility practise with two dumbbells both or in turns. It cannot be say which variation is better. With both practising is there possibility to control if you implement the movement both arms along the same way. With variation in turns you can concentrate on every individual repetition.

Primary:
m. biceps brachii
m. brachialis
m. brachioradialis

The effect is shifted to the head gradient. In the upright position with the burden of the wells near the elbow, what is more inclined horizontal position, the greater the effect of shifting the peak of the biceps.
