You are in sitting position on floor with extended legs in the direct to lower pulley. You can heel of practising leg bottom on disk or something like.

You pull on tiptoe belt of pulley. You tense and raise tiptoe in maximum range. Your lower position must try when you tense your tiptoe too much then the belt will pull out.

At first test this exercise very carefully. You practise small and often also uncared-for muscles in this exercise and they can dramatically react on weighting.
