You are in sitting position on end of bench. You leg stay with heel on enough stableness platform (it can be disk of weight).

You give suitable heavy one-arm bell on tiptoe and you hold her during practising exercise. You pull and raise tiptoe in maximum range of movement.

At first test this exercise very carefully. You practise small and often also uncared-for muscles in this exercise and they can dramatically react on weighting.
