Roll weight of machine lies on your femurs above knees. Over edge of platform you make toe standing position. Legs are approximately 15-20centimetres from each other. Foots are each other parallel.

Make regular range of movement and especially women which wear high heels make enough extension of muscle in lower position. You are breathing out with movement up and you are breathing in with movement down.
