You are in lying position on the bench. You keep barbell with overgrasp, arms are in width of shoulders. Arms are in elbows inflexed approximately in right angle. Starting position is with barbell under margin of chest.

With deep breath in you raise arms. In elbows is right angle all the time. With breath out you regress to the starting position.

Note: it is necessary with bigger weigh to have legs on the floor for bigger stableness.
