This exercise is seldom seen in the gyms. For fulfilment of this exercise you need one-arm bench with weight on one side. You are in staying position and the arm is free along the femur.

Free end of the pole you hold closely in the palm with weight on side of the little finger (in the direction past the body). You pull the weight furthest to the floor and in second stadium you try pull him nearest to the forearm. The whole movement proceeds in extended axis of the forearm.
