You are in staying position with left hip to lower pulley. Left leg is in ankle cuff. It is profitable if you can be holding on something more further from pulley. It makes possibility to pull leg to extending.

With heel ahead and with end of foot mildly turned to side you put leg together or you can continue with movement to crossover. In this position is suitable make small posing.

Movement comes only from hip joint (you must not bend leg in the knee and scroll the bottom). The torso is fixed all the time (donīt lean over). Of course you take turns both sides.
