You are in staying position with left hip to lower pulley. Right leg is in ankle cuff. It is profitable if you can be holding on something more further from pulley. It makes possibility to give leg to extending cross before standing leg.

With heel ahead and with end of foot mildly turned to inside you put leg together. In this position is suitable make small posing.

Movement comes only from hip joint (you must not bend leg in the knee and scroll the bottom). The torso is fixed all the time (donīt lean over). Of course you take turns both sides.
