You are in staying position with face to lower pulley. On your ankle is fixed in ankle cuff. If is it possible you are staying so far from pulley to give leg in front of your body.

With heel ahead and with end of foot mildly turned to side you give leg astern. In rear position is suitable make small posing.

Movement comes only from hip joint (you must not bend leg in the knee and scroll the bottom). The torso is fixed all the time (donīt lean over). For support you can use for example rest of the bench.
