You are in staying position with barbell on the shoulders and with one leg stepping front. In this stepping front you make squat almost to touch with floor by knee of back leg.

The knee of front leg must direct above tip of the leg during movement down (if donīt is there possibility to make injury of knee ligament).

At first you make repeating for one leg and then you practise opposite leg. This exercise is little bit more exacting for stableness and because of this you can use multipress.
