You are in staying position in front of enough fixed bench. One leg is lies on bench and you start to make rises.

You make movement by the leg which lies on bench – donīt help yourself by bounced of second leg from floor. In upper position donīt give weight on inoperative leg but only little touch on desk of bench.

All the time have movement under control – donīt “fall” to lower position.

You can make all repeating of one set with one leg and then you change the legs. Second possibility is to change the legs in upper position.

You are breathing out with movement up and you are breathing in with movement down. You are breathing rhythmically in alternative fulfilment.
