You are in staying position and you are mildly stridden. You are staying under axis which comes through low pulleys. Body is lean forward and back are deflected (you must not be inflexed because of weight).

Arms are mildly flexed. You hold adaptors of pulleys crosswise under the body with palms on and from this position you are raising arms sideways above a bow. In finale position are upper arms in one level with shoulders, arms are approximately in level of ears. Movement is conducted by back of the hand.

This exercise is suitable also for beginners (if they donīt have problems with position in forward bend). You are breathing in with movement down and you are breathing out with movement up.
