You are in staying position and you are mildly stridden. You are 30centimetres back the axis of high pulley. With free arm you are fixed on construction of machine or on your hip.

Starting position is with adaptor in mildly flexed arm crosswise before opposite shoulder. You are raising arms sideways above bow at first before the body and then to the side and back. Movement is conducted by back of the hand. You ended approximately in level of the head.

If you will pull pulleys under level of shoulders you will transfer effect on back muscles. You are breathing in with movement forward and you are breathing out with movement back.

You must not pull pulley under the level of shoulder!!!
