You are in staying position and you are mildly stridden. You are behind 30 centimetres back the axis which connects high pulleys. Starting position is with adaptors in mildly flexed crossed arms.

You are raising arms sideways above bow at first before the body and then to the side and back. Movement is conducted by back of the hand. You ended approximately in level of the head.

If you will pull pulleys under level of shoulders you will transfer effect on back muscles.

You are breathing in with movement forward and you are breathing out with movement back. After fulfilment one set of exercise you replace arms (lower up and upper down).
