You are in staying position and you are stridden. Your weight of body is a little bit transferred ahead (but it is not forward bend!!!). Starting position is before the body with dumbbells in mildly flexed arms.

You raise arms sideways after a bow. The movement is conducted by the side of auricular finger. You end in the high of the ears (in higher period of movement you will to much use trapezius muscles).

About the breathing during this exercise are here discussions. But the principle is that you are breathing out with the movement up and you are breathing in with the movement down.
