You kneel with back to the upper pulley. Elbows are leant about straight bench and head is between elbows. You hold adaptor of pulley approximately in width of shoulders and with overgrasp in outspread arms.

You pull adaptor by flex the arms in elbows past the body. Movement forward is ended by outspread arms in elbows. Elbows can not go to the sides during practising the exercise.

You are breathing in with movement past the body and you are breathing out with movement forward.

This exercise is technically exacting suitable for advanced athletes.
