You are in staying position with back to the upper pulley. You are in lunge with the torso leaned forward. You hold adaptor of the pulley with narrow (15-20centimeters) undergrasp in outspread arms. Arms are in this position approximately in extension of the body.

You pull adaptor with flex of arms in the elbows past the body. Movement forward ended by strain in the elbows. The elbows can not go to the sides.

You are breathing in with the movement past the body and you are breathing out with the movement forward.

This is technically exacting exercise suitable for advanced athletes.
