You are in staying position with the back to the low pulley. You hold the adaptor approximately in width of shoulders and with overgrasp in outspread arms. Arms are in this position approximately above the head.

You pull the adaptor by flex the arms in elbows past the body. Movement forward is ended by outspread arms in elbows. Elbows can not go to the sides during practising the exercise.

You are breathing in with movement past the body and you are breathing out with movement up. This exercise is technically exacting suitable for advanced athletes. Problem can be here keeping the starting position.
