You are in staying position with back to the upper pulley. You hold adaptor of pulley in outspread arm approximately before your body. With free arm you fixed the elbow of exercising arm.

You pull adaptor by flex the arm in elbow past the body. Movement forward is ended by outspread arm in elbow. Elbow can not go to the sides during practising the exercise.

You are breathing in with flexed the arm and you are breathing out with movement forward.

This exercise is technically exacting suitable for advanced athletes.
