See French press

In interstice among thumbs and other fingers (see photo) you hold one-barbells.

For safety reasons you can use only dumbbells with discs completely fixed, holding by female screw or by inside bolt. Never practise this exercise with barbells secure by locking piece with side bolt (here is danger of injury the head).

Other instructions are the same like basic variation.
