See Triceps push-down

In lieu of adaptor you use rope which is ended by stringy knot or wooden or by another balls.

In lower position you try outstretch the rope to the sides (like you want him rip open). It more activates the triceps.

Primary:
m. triceps brachii
m. anconaeus

Secondary:
dorsal forearm muscle groups, starting above the elbow joint

If you use longer rope you can the movement draw up that arms are mildly swinging down-ward-backward. If you use longer rope you can the movement draw up that arms are mildly swinging down-ward-backward and than is more conducted also long head of the triceps.
