You hold in outspread arm one-arm dumbbell above the head with palm forward. You pull the dumbbell by flexion in the elbow past the body to the opposite shoulder.

Movement up ends by tension in the elbow (you can fix the elbow by back of the hand of the free arm).

You are breathing in with the movement down and you are breathing out with the movement up.

This exercise is mostly practise in sitting position without rest of the back.

With low weights and safety there should not be injury. As a precaution you can practise this exercise in staying position where is risk of injury smaller.
