This is very risk exercise and very unsuitable for beginners!!!

You hold the barbell with undergrasp and thumbs are opposite on other fingers. You can practise this exercise with pulling the barbell under the head or on the forehead.

Attention: holding by undergrasp is risk because the barbell can sidle out from arms. I recommend pulling the barbell under the head.
