Starting position is with pulled pulley in outspread arms before femurs. You hold holder of the pulley with overgrasp and palms tend to the floor (out of thumb it means thumbs are on same side pole like other fingers).

Holding of pulley is relatively narrow and arms are from each other one or two fists.

You are breathing in and you flex arms in elbows and holder is then before thorax. Elbows are in the beginning position on the hips. You are breathing out and you pull the pulley over a bow to the femurs.

Primary:
m. triceps brachii
m. anconaeus

Secondary:
dorsal forearm muscle groups, starting above the elbow joint
